2024 TSB 32-Team Base Rom with updated helmets (not complete)

Looks like the Lions, Texans, Broncos and Jets are going to be sporting new uniforms this year. So far the Lions and Broncos new unies haven't leaked, the Texans uniform changes aren't drastic enough to make a change to the helmet but the Jets have announced they will be going with their "Sack Exchange" uniforms as their primary uniforms. I was able to edit the jets mini helmet logo, large helmet logo and facemask. However, I have no clue as to how to change the Jets mini helmet facemask to white (like the Bills, Dolphins and Chiefs). Anyone know how to make this change? Attached is a file of the base rom with the updates I added:

This should have NYJ with the white facemask. I reused KC's top right for ease but if it has to be changed in the future than tile 92 can be edited to split the 2 apart.

Thank you @jstout, that did the trick! Hopefully the Lions and Broncos don't have too drastic of a change and we can call the 2024 base rom set.

Browns will most likely change their facemask to white according to many sources.

I edited my version last week. I will get you the hex locations & changes for CLE’s mini within the next 24 hours or so unless someone beats me to it. Also, if the rumors are true, DEN is adopting a white helmet as primary. I sure hope not since a variation of blue has been their identity for a very long time.

See attached. Changed 0x23BDF to 97 98 99 FF 01 & used a tile editor to change the colors on two tiles to complete the FM change to white. Waiting on Denver...I hope their color remains blue for the primary shell! Detroit will not be changing their shell color or primary logo; however, I imagine the center helmet stripe will be modified to coincide with the new uniform.

Looks great, thank you! Hopefully the Broncos don't go with a white helmet. They used them last year and I was not a fan.

Thanks for the heads up @QBSHARKS, I missed the detail. I updated the large helmet but don't know how to edit the mini-helmet (see screenshots below):

If you change the facemask to blue on the DET mini then it will disappear against the blue background…you may want to keep it gray like the OG??

I went through each of the 32 team helmets and touched them up. A few teams had wrong color facemasks (Ten, ATL, TB) a few teams switched to matte helmets and needed to be changed (TEN, DEN, WAS,SEA) a few teams needed the outside face mask color to be tweaked. I also touched up the new Lions helmet to add the white stripe and make the face mask a little cleaner. I posted a comparison to most of the changes.

Looking at DET’s mini, I believe the facemask & lion logo would look good as dark blue (02). I’ve attempted to make these changes & had all kinds of weird things happen. Most notable, SEA’s upper right quadrant change/disappears. Any help would be appreciated.
