there is a java tsb manager but probably not what you are looking for...

Dave, I see that even though you posted it was SNES it also says that it can export to NES.  Does that include the 32 team TSB?

I'll be so excited if it does!

I doubt it can export to 32 team...pretty sure it came out before the 32 team rom was realeased.

Question about this part of the description....

• Can Export to Other Games
• Tecmo Bowl (NES) - Team Names, Team Rosters, Player Names
• Tecmo Super Bowl (NES) - Team Names, Team Rosters, Player Names, Player Attributes

 

So what does export to other games mean exactly?  I'm thrown by the NES mention.  I thought this editor was for SNES/Genesis.  When I see the "NES" and "Export to other games" I'm not sure if this means you can edit an SMBC export it to NES.  That would be cool but it doesn't sound right, I missing something?

I was wondering if you had a chart of where to set the Free Agency Points?  Or if anyone had figured out the best settings for this.  Thanks in advance for any assistance on this.

I think all you have to do is load the ROM you want and do a "file, save". That's it! I would recommend you copy the file you want to edit (so you have an unchanged backup saved) and put that in a separate directory. Then make your changes with that file, save it in your "editing" folder. Then when you are all done, just rename the file to whatever you want.
