ken griffey mlb editor question

i downloaded the kgb editor tot ry to max out everyones settings to have some fun and for some reason it only lets me edit a few players stats im curious if this is a bug on my end or will it not let everyone?  id think their has to be a way since they were able to make up babe ruth with maxed out stats basically ect 

 

 

anyways does anyone know how? wish their was a youtube vid on the ins and outs
