  1. Two weeks in with Grogan. One win was against the Colts 28-21 with him throwing for 400 yards (Fryar definite stud, though i had help from Marv Cook and a little from H.L. Dykes) and 28-14 over the Browns with him throwing for 300+ yards. and here's week 3 results: This match was pretty contested as Rod Woodson got a couple of picks in the endzone, and one of the LBs got a lucky diving INT that led to one of the scoring drives. Week 4 was Houston x NE. Again barely pulled it out as the Oilers had recovered an onside earlier in the game. Which leads to the final game for the evening, Week 5 vs Phoenix. Johnny Johnson pretty much ran me over all game, but i managed to rally back after a very lucky fumble from Garth Jax, who had INT'd the ball intended for Fryar. Patriots win in overtime 27-21
  2. for those who played in years prior to the AV number, i looked at the highest stats they had and guesstimated the AV they'd have for that year.
  3. >http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-V3I9Wx6WU The first preview of my newly redone rom. Hope you enjoy it
  4. After 4 years, i decided to fix the mistakes i noticed in this rom. Right now im removing all the 100s to more fairly balanced ratings. I also changed some players around too so far. i'll keep updates as soon as i can
  5. Thanks for the Genesis version. I may have you take a look at my All Time Greats and fix the ratings to proper form instead of all 100s
  6. Ricky Proehl is pretty good on the Cards. Just need a better qb than Rosenbach
  7. The only other downside is that in season/preseason the NFC team names for some reason clone/move up xD
  8. Heres another example of the ratings at work, this time with me actually playing as the Chiefs against the Raiders. get your popcorn bags ready as Okoye wrecks quite a few people in this one >http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RyHj2_KYVUE
  9. Yeah she does. She's played it since we had a Sega Genesis back when i was a little kid lol
  10. I know, right? At least my mom knew what was up, lol. my earliest memories of Tecmo was sitting down with my mother and watching her wreck the Packers with Richard Dent and Jim Morrissey xD
  11. @Baron the Kega Fusion has its own AVI logging which i usually use. It bums me out that it keeps desyncing because the sound on it is pretty awesome. The Genesis version of Tecmo is the one i grew up on, as my mom would spend hours spamming Neal Anderson to help the Bears win the super bowl since she never figured out how to pass.
  12. Kinda the same problem with the Genesis version sadly though a couple of guys on here are looking into a 32 team SNES rom at the moment. Unfortunately the Genesis doesnt get the kind of love the NES and SNES version does. XD though i decided to test how the NES stats would work on the Genesis version by copying it over. Rathman still popcorns the daylights out of people. Can't get Bo to do so though .-.; End results of the nes stats transferred to Genesis: >http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DO5SMITiuHc and yes i know at some point the audio desyncs. havent figured out how to fix it on the Fusion's part >_>;
  13. I notice that Reggie White's number is 97 in the game. It should be 92
  14. Johnny Johnson is better than Montana or Marino? since when?
  15. Here's another rom for RBI, this time the year is 1974, which saw Hank Aaron hit #715, thus surpassing Babe Ruth on the Home Run records list. It also saw his final year as a Brave before being sent to Milwaukee the next year. The teams for this year are Baltimore, Oakland, Cincinnatti, Atlanta, the Yankees, LA, St Louis, Pittsburgh, the Rangers, and Boston. This year also had both Niekro boys on the Braves, so it'll be quite a treat. Hope you enjoy RBI Baseball 1974.nes
  16. Pretty awesome work Baron. +1 for the neat ratings calculator
  17. no problem. i made a 1951 RBI rom that's on here
  18. https://baronroms.wordpress.com/category/rbi-baseball-1986/here's 1986
  19. Here it is, gentlemen! the 1951 season of RBI Baseball. *Fix* forgot i messed with the rom before making it this so i fixed Detroit's pitching. Here are the following teams: Cleveland Indians Boston Braves Detroit Tigers Brooklyn Dodgers Philadelphia Phillies New York Yankees (WS winner that year) St Louis Cardinals New York Giants (WS loser, Shot Heard Around the World that beat Brooklyn) Chicago White Sox Boston Red Sox For some of the players it was hard to shorten their name RBI style so i went with their first names. this was also known as the final season of Joe DiMaggio, and the first for Mays and Mantle. the players who have their first names instead of last: Joe DiMaggio (Yankees) Jackie Robinson (Dodgers) Ted Williams, Dom Dimaggio (Red Sox) Red Schoendiest, Enos Slaughter (Cardinals) hope you enjoy (image courtesy of Baron von Lector, who helped me fix this rom. Go check him out at https://baronroms.wordpress.com/ ) RBI 1951.nes
  20. With the influx of RBI hacks, im going to give a shot at it and do the 1951 season, famous for the Shot Heard Around The World. So far i have gotten the Giants done. next will be the dodgers
  21. Alas it is impossible to really get all 32 teams on one Genesis rom. Compressed graphics make it kinda hard :/ same with editing helmet logos
  22. I must say this is actually quite a neat version. i went all out with the Bears vs the Bills
