Playbooks edited – Plays moved to different slots, edited running plays, removed ‘bad’ plays (no more T formation plays). 41 hacks installed. 40 hacks in the Hardtype version, 26 hacks in the Vanilla version. Defensive players are setup for either 3-4, 4-3 or nickel defenses (RILB is the nickel back) Team uniforms edited so home team plays in primary uniform (NFC West teams & divisional matchups excluded due to limitations) Sim code updated for more accurate team results. Changes to text sprites, palette updates in various locations.

This is basically a ratings and roster overhaul of the official site rom.  
 
 
1. LILB's are often DB's due to the fact that nickel defense is the prevalent formation in the NFL these days
2. REC and PC boosted slightly from Original rom levels given the effectiveness of passing.
3. Ball control much higher than normal levels. 
 
The RE in a 4-3 defense was placed at ROLB since that seems like the most natural position
 
Pro football focus was the main source for these ratings. Draft slot and scouting reports used for rookies.

TECMO SUPER BOWL III 2019 SUPER BOWL LIV
 
Two weeks later but the 2019 version of TSB3 is here!
 
As you know there are two ROMs
 
ROM A contains Browns and Ravens ROM B contains Texans and Titans  
The schedule is fixed and the rosters are the most accurate posible to this date.
The AI is fixed and the Free Agents are for real.
The Hidden players were the best from the drafts those finished with 9 (1999, 1989, 1979 etc. No 2009 cause some players are still playing)
 
Enjoy this 100 season and the final version to be released after the Super Bowl will feature other Free Agents and Hidden Players to celebrate the 100 seasons, so this is a limited edition.
 
Remember, there are Juiced and SuperJuiced versions.

If you decide to make ANY edits to this game within TSBToolSupreme, then you'll very likely need to repair the rom afterwards because that program will break part of the moving grapple code and the game will glitch. So, here's what you do:
I used the Translhextion hex editor to create a file, named x3ffc0, and have included that with the rom here.  I recommend saving this file to your Desktop. How you apply this file: open up your rom in Translhextion and jump to offset x3ffc0 (by clicking Offset > Jump To > then enter x3ffc0 in the field). Highlight (by dragging on) that byte + the next 48 bytes (49 bytes total), then:
1) go to Selection and click "Fill Selection with..."
2) in the pop-up box, select "File" from the dropdown box after "Fill selection with"
3) click "Browse" and find your file (preferably on your Desktop) and select it
4) click "OK"
5) Go to "File" and save your rom.
This should fix the problem. Every time you edit your rom with TSBToolSupreme though, you're going to have to follow these steps directly afterwards.

Based off the NBA Basketball 2018 game hack, so it's primarily a roster update only (as of 05/31/2019). This is a fully functional game, but I consider it a beta/prototype because:
*missing 3 teams--including the Toronto Raptors! (sorry, I'm not currently fluent in ROM hacking enough to extend this game from 27 teams to 30 teams)
*missing 2 conferences (same; don't know how to hack this yet)
*updated player stats, but don't fully understand the player editor at the moment (though I have a good feel for it)
