Definitely. This was just where I started. Just about everything has been tweaked since then. Next update the QB's will scramble like the old QB Eagles also (Russel Wilson, Marcus Mariota) ~ Maverick209's idea.

Used this for the base rom, pasted Tecmonster's 2017 updated rosters and started plugging away from there.

Thank you! Started out by editing the 2017 roms like Tecmonster's and Baron's NCAA rom for the rookies. Maverick209 has also been giving me things to change also. Rating most of them based on how good they were in '16. Next update is adjusting more QB stats, more overlook of NFL's best, and moving the pass rush DE to LOLB so both DT's will actually play on the line now if they are in a 4-3. Coming soon!

I might not have the best knowledge to answer your question, but outside of actually changing the players stats, there is no way I'de know of to guarantee similar outcomes in SKP vs COM. For example, I felt the Packers should win the NFC North more often in my season simulations, so I upped Aaron Rogers's accuracy a notch. I'de like to think John Madden is somewhere saying "the football is a funny shaped thing, and takes some funny bounces sometimes.. sometimes it bounces your way, sometimes it doesn't" so games with the type of parody in the NFL there is today could have completely different outcomes due to the ebb and flow of the game. Anyways, glad you are enjoying the ROM!
