  1. Thanks for the input. The no name on the sacks happens with players who's names are too long. In terms of the speed, if you look through the entire rosters, I have speed considerably altered higher. This was my choice to differentiate the NCAA version from the NFL version. The gameplay is much faster on both sides of the ball. I'd love to do the endzones but I have zero experience with the programs to do it. It took quite a long time to do the rosters, and I appreciate your input and feedback but this is the point where I can't go any further with it. I agree it was a great graphical achievement by JG so if anyone would like to carry out that would be awesome.
  2. Thanks for the feedback. I took the many hours to edit the rosters out of the goodness of my own heart, but if you guys could visit my cousins site centsports http://www.centsports.com/?opcode=160142 thatd be a nice way to repay me. Its a awesome site that lets you bet on sports games for free through their ad revenue. U get a dime and try to make 20 bucks, and its all free.
  3. Yeah its NCAA 2008 for SNES Tecmo Super Bowl I
  4. I did my best, edited all the rosters. I edited the jerseys for changes such as Iowa State to Georgia, Kansas State to West Virginia, Nebraska to Auburn. I couldnt do the endzones, but i think its a quality product. I'd love to play online with ZSNES if anyone could tell me how to do that or would like to play my screen name is EastBreese. Enjoy everybody NCAA2008.zip
  5. I'm halfway done updating the roster files for each team. Once I'm done I'll post it here. I've also updated the playbooks for each team, i.e. qb sweeps for Tebow and reverses for Percy Harvin. After I've uploaded it if anyone wants to edit the endzones or the helmets at the game preview screen feel free. I've updated the jerseys on the players and added some alternative jerseys, i.e. FSU's black unconquered jersey.
  6. Ok here's what I thought....If I edit all the rosters in tsb2000m and save the rom could someone edit the helmets and log screens that have the helmets to the actual teams? I can edit the jerseys as well, but thats as far as I can take it. Let me know.
  7. That's perfect, just let me know how we can coordinate this. If you have a new program to change names and ratings I can do that through yours. The only hurdle we have is to fix the endzones for the new teams, change the text for the teams, and redo the jerseys and helmets. Here is a top 28 list I have going... The ** is for teams already in the 2001 rom which dont have to be changed. 1 - Ohio State*** 2 - Oklahoma*** 3- Georgia (Replacing Iowa State in the AFC East) 4 - USC*** 5 - Missouri (Replacing UVa in the AFC Central) 6 - Florida*** 7 - Kansas (Replacing UNC in the AFC Central) 8 - Texas*** 9 - West Virginia (Replacing Kansas State in the AFC East) 10 - Auburn (Replacing Fresno State in the AFC Central) 11 - Texas Tech (Replacing Iowa in the NFC East) 12 - Illinois (Replacing Syracuse in the AFC Central) 13 - Clemson (Replacing Colorado in the NFC Central) 14 - Wisconsin*** 15 - BYU (Replacing Nebraska in the NFC West) 16 - LSU (Replacing Northwestern in the NFC East) 17 - Tennessee*** 18 - Virginia Tech**** 19 - Arizona State (Replacing BC in the AFC West) 20 - Oregon**** 21 - Pittsburgh (Replacing Cal in the AFC West) 22 - UCLA*** 23 - South Florida (Replacing Michigan in the NFC West) 24 - UCLA*** 25 - Penn State *** 26 - Notre Dame*** 27 - Alabama*** 28 - Florida State *** An Example of the Ohio State Roster QBs 17 Todd Boeckman 11 Tyrelle Pryor RBs 28 Beanie Wells 49 Ryan Lukens 3 Brandon Saine 34 Maurice Wells WRs 80 Brian Robiskie 9 Brian Hartline 5 Taurean Washington 4 Ray Small TE 86 Jake Ballard 88 Rory Nicol DL 87 Lawrence Wilson 97 Cameron Heyward 84 Doug Worthington LB 1 Marcus Freeman 33 James Laurinaitis 55 Curtis Terry 38 Austin Spitler CB 2 Malcolm Jenkins 20 Donald Washington 4 Kurt Coleman 21 Anderson Russell Returners KR 3 Brandon Saine PR 4 Ray Small
  8. After playing a rom based on TSB I for SNES with the 2001 top 28 I've decided to invest my time in creating a rom for the upcoming 2008-2009 season. I have great experience editing rosters for NCAA games as I have done it for EAs NCAA Football since 2001. My only hurdle is I'm have no idea how to edit the teams through hex and tile editor. I've decided to keep about 15 of the original 28 teams from 2001 (USC, Texas, Ohio State...) so all I have to do is update those rosters. But for teams like Iowa, Fresno State, and Northwestern i need to place in new top 28 teams like Texas Tech and Georgia. How can I do this? I know this is a basic question but a step by step guide would be greatly appreciated. If i can figure out how to do this I think I'll be able to have the rom ready within a week. I hope there's a market for NCAA roms.
