With so many teams in college with so many different uniform options, is it possible to code somewhere in TSB where a 3rd or 4th jersey could be added

Where can I find the latest version of this?

I started working on one here---> http://tecmoncaa.wordpress.com/roms/ but never finished. I am considering finishing it now that I have more time to do it. This version needs some rating edits and now that the season is over some team edits. If you'd like to partner on one together I'd be more than happy to.

We can all admit that rating is impossible, especially in college football. How do you rate a guy like Kellen Moore whose skill set is not near as good as a Andrew Luck but put up equal or better stats against lesser competition. I think there is legitimacy in stats based rating and can and probably should be used as a starting point but then your eyes can tell you something different. There have been plenty of years and moments I complained about NCAA rating or under rating a guy. Is LaMichael James as productive in another conference, lets say, against the SEC, no that's been proven. Is Tebow as productive in a pro-style, no thats been proven. Even as the Gator fan I am I always admitted that Tebow was over utilized and over hyped because the offense highlighted a skill but on and I ALWAYS argued Percy Harvin was by far the best player on the field live and on tv. Ultimately I want to produce an authentic game that will feel real. And trying to project forward can be difficult as well. In these ratings, there is a mixture between stats, player skill, how he performs in an offense and how we expect them to project in the upcoming season. Let's see what becomes of it, I like talking football!

Finished with ranking players! Kickers and Punters now posted! Will have downloadable file tomorrow to test player ratings and get feedback. All the feedback will be appreciated.

We are looking into what hacks to implement and will release which ones we implemented. The 3-4/4-3 hack will most likely be used. Right now we are rating players and hopefully by Wednesday have a copy for you guys out there to test the players and their skills.

Put him there to have more of an effect in the game as a rusher where he was most effective last year! Over 12 sacks! It's hard to place 3-4 hybrid guys in a box and I want them to be effective. We will see how it plays out, but in testing the game he has been a terror!

I would agree that Denard is a limited thrower and against elite defenses he will struggle. But he is much more Dynamic than Denard which makes him harder to defend. Denard is an elite talent probably in the wrong offense at Michigan.
