Hey guys. I did an updated TSB III in 2007 (can't find it now on here for some reason) and now I'm coming back with a new update of TSB III (calling this one TSB 10). I'm using TSB 2K9 as a base for ratings (doing some of my own editing as well), but I'm having a bit of an issue. I'm using a 28 team ROM missing Houston and Baltimore, but I want to change it to a 28 team ROM lacking Oakland and Cleveland. I'm changing the team ratings wise to where Oakland -> Houston and Cleveland->Baltimore (sorry Browns fans, had to do it to you again). Is anybody out there good with pallete swapping as well as putting the right logos there and such? I'm not too worried about them being in the wrong place on the map and things like that. Everything else will be taken care of. I would really appreciate the help.
