true, that makes sense I guess. i just changed the plays anyways. I played 2 season games with teh colts and its not even a challenge yet. Manning has 11 TDs in 19 attempts. 87% completion. Wayne 6 rec/6 tds. Harrison 6 rec/5 tds. Freeney 12 sacks. Ive scored 60 each game. Guess i just have to wait till the ai gets harder.

I got the rom off the new repro site. Just told him to hook me up with whatever he had for '08. it was the 32 team rom. Like I said, if I could really go back I would take a few extra days and do a little tweaking here and there - at least to the star players that I know. But all in all its cool. Tupa, you in naptown? For instance the colts, my hometown team, has ben utecht with 2 RB plays. Dumb.

Hey, I just got the game in the mail yesterday, march 3. I sent it from CA on 1/29 so it took a little over a month, but thats cool. Its great to play it on the actual system. As a diehard fantasy football addict and real football addict I did have some beef with a lot of the ratings on there. Next year I will have to personally tweak the rom myself to get things more to my liking. But overall its great. I only played 4 games last night, but here is my beef:

Just sent Leon my game cartridge on January 29. Ill keep you guys posted on how long it takes to get it and how the final product turns out. Cant wait.

Id make one for the browns except they dont have any pro bowlers. Of course, what NFL fan wouldnt recoginze the face of Charlie Fr...er...Brady Qu....I meant, Derek Anderson??? I guess it wouldnt be too hard to put Jamal Lewis behind bars on there though, haha. Im just psyched cause Im getting the 32 team rom on an actual cart, so Im doing it my way. Havnig a keepsake for all time.

Tupa - trust me, dont wait on this shit. When I first found out the whole underground world of Tecmo Roms roms existed was November of last year. I was asking around and everyone told me, "Oh, just wait 2 month until the super bowl is over then get the updated end of year rom!" Ok, I thought, whats 2 months? So I waited. And Waited. And waited. There wa no end of season rom. No begining of season rom for this year. This one just popped up not too long ago so Id say get this version while you can or may be waiting a while.

Yea yea...as long as all things are equal i think its good. Id hate to have a guy who had a bad first half of the season be docked a lot because of that if it was made mid season. As long as the stats are good across the board and fair i think we're ok. What about injuries? If this was made mid season what did you do for injuries? They are still eligible, right? I think it should be more of a career based thing instead of a snap-shot moment of when it was made, you know?

hey, let us know when it arrives and how it works. Im going to get this on cart too. Also, can you please advise on how accurate the ratings are for this? Were the ratings made at the beggining of the season or at the end? Because clearly making the ratings at the end of the season would make some players (read: tom brady) seem better than they actually are, and I dont want that to be skewed. How are the colts on there?

so is this the OFFICIAL Rom? If Im going to spend the time and money to invest in making this a REAL cartridge I want to know that the stats and rosters are the accepted norm for the community. When are the stats good from? Week one, preseason, week 5??? A lot can change--i.e. derek anderson, who? It seems like about this time last year this was already done and talks were happening for an end of season edition, which never happened....

Is this out yet? When can we expect the latest edition?

When is this going to come out? As a colts fan Id like to play a post season rom....or is it almost time for a 2008 ROM? Ive been patiently waiting for this for about 6 months, any one know? Thanks!
