I believe this happened. I don't need proof. I think you are kind of like me in which you wouldn't cheat on something just to post it to a forum. I don't think you cheated. However, changing the computers' playbooks is kinda lame, but as long as you preface that I don't see a problem with it. Best I got was Dolphins (man) vs Bills (com), week 1, 106-0 regular NES regular computer playbook.

Good Writeup. I agree. I'm very much a middle 14 teams player. I don't use the top teams at all and the bottom teams suck so bad, it's not fun. One of my best friends growing up was a 49ers fan, so we must have had thousands of matchups of MIA vs SF. Let's just say I won my fair share, but dam was it an uphill battle.

Wow, you are right. That extra mario is fantastic. It's a patch you have to put on the regular SMB game (not the SMB/Duck Hunt game). And wow, it is a very complete rom. Looking forward to trying this one out and seeing how complete it looks in the later levels. I haven't gotten to any of the power ups yet. But I'm very interested. Bradshaw and Ridley don't deserve to be in that conversation. If that was the case, you would want to consider Reggie bush at 56 ms. Lynch does need some good hp. 63 maybe. He needs to be able to go into beast mode.

Dpad hero and Dpad hero 2 are really hard. It's also much harder to get into since the music is pretty sucky compared to actual rock band and guitar hero audio. Any of you guys try Mario 14? It's pretty legit the stuff you can do with just two buttons. Very good hack/rom.

games like sonic, street fighter, motal kombat, etc, make me think that someone has the ability to "port" or convert (with probably a lot of hard work) a SNES or GEN game into 8-bit NES. Has anyone been able to do this with TSBII or TSBIII. I would like to see a ported version of TSBII or II over to the NES.

That is part of the reason why I started www.tecmosb.com. A place to store all of these roms that have countless hours of work invested. They are spectacular and then they somehow dissapear. This happens every year. I'm pretty sure I have all of the roms he did and will be forever kept on my site for everyone to share. My goal is to find/keep each rom alive. So that with a click of a button a new player could get all of the roms that have taken me years to collect. His roms might not all be posted to www.tecmosb.com yet, but will soon. Guys, one year, I used Sammie Smith and got 5,000 yards rushing and 2,000 yards rec and 3,000 yards in punt returns and 100 tds. Sammie Smith will own you. If you don't believe me, just setup the playbook to have Run1: run up, Run2: Run middle, Run3: Pitch down, Run4 Itdoesntfuckingmatterbecausesammiesmithwillown you. I have a sammie smith autographed football that he fumbled one time. it's above my bed next to my sammie smith 1989 score rookie card like in near near mint condition. it will be worth big money one day. I would take sammie smith in a fantasty draft over bo jackson or qb eagles or jerry "cant catch" rice. Come to a tourney and I will own anyone using only sammie smith. anyone that doens't know how good sammie smith is should get a clue. He's the best running back of all time!!!!!!

I would love to sit down in a room with the creators of TSB and talk about the game over some rice beers. I would like to know about some of the attributes being broken. (I.e. pass control and kr/pr, etc) stuff like the players and how they got the ratings. How much football they watched before rating. What were they thinking when rating Wayne Haddix. I would love to pick their brains and hear some stories and chuckles about the game being developed. I wonder what they are doing now and what they remember about developing the game. I wonder if they know the following the game still has. I wonder if any of them still play. I wonder if they could shed some light on the graphics and sounds that are found in the rom but not used. What do you guys think?

I'm sure others have done it as well. I started this quest about three years ago. I have completed the quest as of about a year ago. My new quest is to go undefeated and win the Super Bowl with every team. I have about 5 teams left. It's not too hard, just really really really really really time consuming. The fun part for me is that I am compiling all the stats from each team's players and comparing them all to crown my own "pro bowl" players..........Analyzing TSB data.....fun stuff. No disrespect, but if you get more than 3 losses in a season (maybe even two) you need some more practice and I have a feeling your playbook needs to be optimized better. You need more plays to where if they pick them, you can still get a first down on a juiced team late in the season. I'll post all of my game save states when I'm finished along with the excel file with everyone's stats.

With 20 TDs and only 5 picks he gets better than 50,56 doesn't he? Just playing devils advocate here. He has some amazing touch on the long ball too. 56,63?
