I agree with the 3 versions, but I don't think its imparative. I only play one version. Last years was what they call 06-07. (or just 2006). This years will be 07-08 (or just 07). Because it the current season year, which is 2007. Madden calls theirs a year ahead, so they are on 2008. if that makes sense.

I think you should keep all the teams from the original rom. (except replace the oilers with the titans). The Jets are predicted to do pretty well this year. Also, by replacing the Jets with the Panthers, it screws up the AFC East. I think keeping it more to the original teams keeps it more real. But whatever, its up to Drummer really. Drummer, how the final version coming? Whats left for you to do?

Drummer, I'm getting excited to see the final production of your ROM. And for the teams, I would rather see the JETS than the PANTHERS, but thats just me. Good luck finishing.

How can you tell if it's actually factory sealed? Some stores have shrinkwrappers in the back. They can make anything look brand new with a new shrinkwrap on it. I have thought about that. But, the shrink wrap doesnt' look new, which leads me to believe that it has been on there for 17 years. If someone just swrink wraped it, you would be able to tell the shrink wrap would look real glossy and new. also, these stickers seem authentic: It may be hard to tell by the pictures, but it doesn't look phishy at all. Plus, the guy that I purchased this from had the largest Nintendo collection on the planet. He had other factory sealed games and everything was authentic. He had a Nintendo games and accessories stacked to his celing.

just a note. Whats up with the kickoffs and returners. when i kick off to the computer, the returner takes a quick juke back and then forward again. also, today, i kicked off and the computer returner wasn't catching up to the ball and it actually bounced and then he grabed it. just an FYI. also, my season "MAN" "COA" seems to work just fine on RockNESX. Who gets the cover of TSB 2007? Tomlinson? Manning?

I have been playing this version so far in season mode and love it.
