it's crazy how many leagues there are now, when I started online tecmo 8 years ago, there was the OTFL, and just otfl. Then a few other leagues started and none were to good until the WTL. OTFL is oldest so far and has a lot of guys who have been around for 9 + years. tecmoreligion.com and check our message board. you should practice before joining a league with tough competition. A lot of guys don't fuck around when it comes to this game and can easily beat you by 40+ points to zero if you are a beginner. And it seems each passing day there are newer guys who I've never heard of who are really good at this game and can easily beat up a old timer like my self. and remember, if you're getting beat and all else fails, fuck it, start throwing bombs and hope for a JJ.

The JJ and CC was a serious problem in season TWO, because Ace Getter had a killer team in season 2 and 3 with the colts with Marven Harrison, randy moss, and Peyton manning, and he started the JJ offense and I believe won the bowl in season 2. All he would do is drop back, pass, and constantly make JJ or cover catches with up to 4 defenders around his WR. It was very annoying. Also some more trivia, donny was the first person I ever played online tecmo with, and he beat me pretty badly.
