  1. I know the cutscene you're talking about... the most recent time it occurred was while I was undefeated with the Bears in the playoffs against the super juiced CPU. Try playing that a lot and hope for the best?
  2. I just want to say I agree 120%. The JJ is part of what makes Tecmo the unpredictable game we all love. If it was completely predictable and formulaic, it would just be Madden. The JJ is an integral part of what makes Tecmo a special game. Ive tried to find ways around that opinion when I lose on a JJ, but I am only left facing the brutal facts. Yea, srsly. If you want predictable, try the original where every covered receiver thrown to is an interception!
  3. Completely agreed. I've argued that point about LT being in the worst LB spot, but it continues to fall on deaf ears.
  4. lol completely agree, even with the sarcasm QB Eagles EZ.He single handedly carries an entire offense in the game, passing and running.
  5. Completely agree with Carrier. I play as CHI all the time, yet like NEVER get interceptions with him. It's so frustrating!
  6. Wrong. It's "use your own criteria to determine who is the greatest" Perhaps you don't realize you didn't contradict me at all. When I said "better" (notice quotes) I also specified that this is why people are voting based on different criteria and I mentioned the way I was voting: "to me this means more effective primarily in MAN vs MAN, but as we've seen from people's comments, that's not how everyone is voting."
  7. Yea, it's pretty bad alright. At least you acknowledge it. The poll is not about what team you'd rather pick and the strengths/weaknesses of them. It's which player is "better" in TSB - to me this means more effective primarily in MAN vs MAN, but as we've seen from people's comments, that's not how everyone is voting. Haddix has a significant positional advantage AND is one of the top 3 DB in the game overall. He's in a great position to contain any run, and cover any pass. LB1 doesn't stop, and sometimes simply gets knocked out by a lot of runs. LB2/3/4 are much more effective. With different hacks, some of my votes might change as well.
  8. Completely agreed. I don't get this voting because of "the legend" or performances in other games. We're talking about the better player within the game and people are voting based on other stuff. Eh, whatever, people vote however they like.
  9. lol I do the same shit when it works for me. I'm just like "CLUTCH!"
  10. I realized that too about the team names pretty early on in doing the test. In fact, it didn't even cross my mind to type out Cunningham or anything.
  11. LT can only flatten drone QBs. Against man, Haddix is better all-around no doubt. Especially with no 4th man down rule. Even without, it isn't as much an issue since FGs are rare and XPs only will matter on exceptionally close games.
  12. I pretty much only play as PIT or CHI anyways, so I don't ever worry about CCs. If they happen, they happen much less often than against other secondaries at least.
  13. Dude... how could ANYONE forget Grogan? lol
  14. I would have had ~4:15 remaining if I could remember how to spell Majkowski (I think I spelled it wrong again ) In the run vs pass thread, it inspired me to find all the QBs with > 56 PC, so I ended up looking through every team which certainly helped for this. I had no idea Krieg had 69 PC for instance.
  15. Haddix for positional advantage, more MS, and better coverage
