It requires the .NET framework. I think anything 2.0 and above should work.
 
It is not compiled for .NET Core (the new cross-platform .NET framework) though. So if you're trying to run with .NET Core, I don't think that would work.

I'm wondering if it can be sideways a bit so the sides are straight. That might look a different kind of off though
 

It should be pretty easy to import rosters between supported roms.
You just copy & paste the text.
 
The newer versions (like 1.3) also have the ability to convert between the different formats for TSB1, TSB2 & TSB3 (although, this feature has been less used and tested little). 

You ain’t kidding!! Editing this beast was incredibly tough for SNES!! 

As you know from 1995-1998 the NFL had 30 teams and from 1999-2001 had 31 teams. At this point, I don't think anyone has attempted to take the 32 team rom and retroactively take out 2 teams.  I'm looking to get this accomplished.

Via this thread here is the logic that, among other things, breaks down OT.
The code will check to see if it's the playoffs and jump to OT with no clock. Else it will go to a timed 5th quarter.
 
This hack removes the logic check and will go to untimed playoff type OT for all games including pre-season, regular season, and pro bowl.

Pro Bowl teams are essentially teams 29/30.  I think the move would be to make them teams 27/28 because then you're set up for both a 30 and 31 team rom. Given how this particular screen relies on the teams being in sequential order, it's probable that there are some/many things that would break elsewhere with the teams no longer being in order.

I didn't think there was enough interest in this and so I gave up on it. Glad to see someone is up to the task again.
 
Well, here are the last files I've worked on. There was a ton done to get it to where I would like it, but unless the playoff structure and the NFC West division can be fixed it's pretty much useless. I did edit the standings so that the NFC West has two division pointers, so make that what you will. And for some reason, re-aligning the divisions on the menus screw up the colors in some of the team texts - mainly the two central divisions. It might be an easy fix. Let me know if anyone can help with that as well. *edit...thanks to Knobbe, this problem is now fixed. I just had to edit one more hex to fix the gray colored star on the team control and preseason screens.

I think this is it. Don't think there was anything color wise that changed worth noting.  The Bengals changed their uniforms but that really doesn't matter here.

Oh I noticed I didnt post the Blimp for TFO 2021. Here it is in all its glory!
Josh Porter is from The Office. I was asked if I could put his face on the blimp so I changed the pallet to have black and light flesh colors and used 4 of the character spaces to make the face using MSPaint and TileLayer Pro. It used all 14 available spaces when completed

You can see where it maps to the tiles starting at 5A800 on the OG Rom. 
It's pretty easy to scroll in a tile editor and find.
