  1. I am attempting to make a NES TSB rom for 1960. I have some experience in changing rosters, schedules etc. based on tools and advise listed here. I am also learning about pointers etc to modify the Team Selection screen and the Team Data screen through posts on this site. My question is about creating divisions. Since this was during the time of the AFL and the NFL I thought i might put the 8 AFL Teams as the AFC and the 13 NFL teams as the NFC basically. They were divided into east and west. This makes the NFL have 6 in the NFL East and 7 in the NFL West. Since I understand that you can't have 6 or 7 teams in a division i thought i would have 2 easts of 3 teams each and two wests of 3 and 4. This means i need to go from 6 total divisions to 8. I know the 32 team rom has this. Finally to my questions! - Is there a way to pretty easily add divisions? - Can i move one of the divisions from the AFC (the central for example) to the NFC giving 2 and 4? - Would it be best to just start with a 32 team rom? As always thanks for your guidance.
  2. Thanks for all of the great info. Incidentally I was able to make the change that i wanted to make.
  3. Thank you very much! By the way @SBluemani love your work.
  4. Thanks for the replies. I have downloaded the tools previously and one of the tools that i was attempting to use was TSBTool 1.3 beta. I thought this is how i had done it in the past but i can't seem to get it to work now. I can load the rom and edit players, schedule etc. I can apply to rom and those changes are saved. If i type in a different number for year and do the same thing it does not seem to save that. If I apply to rom and then load the rom again it is back to 1991 when i click on view contents. Also in the TSBTool the Season tab is grayed out. When can i use that and what does it do?
  5. I apologize if this was answered elsewhere, but i did search but could not find an answer. I seem to remember that there was an editor that would change the year. For example changing from 1991 to 1992 or whatever. If there is not an editor that does it then how do i change it? I am working with Tecmo Super Bowl for NES.
