I’m working on starting up a small league with some friends and coworkers.  We want to redraft the rosters each season. I’ve noticed this is something other leagues do as well, so I was hoping to get some feedback on the best way to handle editing the rom to support the drafted rosters.  

I replayed the game with the same teams and didn't have any scoring issues the second go around.  I'll reach out if I notice it happening with any regularity.  

Played a pre-season game between Texans and Jags today and experienced a scoring glitch.  The extra point attempt following my first touchdown was treated as a field goal.  Ended up with 9 points off of the score.

This is using the brudtopia emulator and TecmoBowl.org's TSB 2018 file.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any ideas what might have caused it?

Thanks for the responses guys.  Unfortunately, I sold off my NES (and 40+ games) about 15 years ago when I joined up with Uncle Sam.  However, I my snag a couple of those connectors just in case.

I ordered one of the iBuffalo controllers to test out.  I may pick up a Cadet as well depending on my experience.

There seem to be a few different options out there ... I'm looking for a traditional NES style controller with a USB connector for my PC.  Are there any that members have found reliable or are there any that should be avoided?

I can't tell you the countless hours I played TSB growing up.  It was easily my favorite game growing up.  Thankful that this community exists!!
