Hopefully soon.  Still things being coded.  This game has been completely gutted and recoded.

Is it done.

No.  We hope to have a beta soon.  But a final version is still a while away. 

When will tsb4 come

Not sure but looks to be at the beginning of next season before a final version will be ready.  We are currently creating plays and debugging as we go.  A beta will be released with fake players to have people gameplay test it.  Once we get the right balance then we will go back and add current rosters using the tested ratings.  Fake players will keep the testing away from people focusing on how a real team/player plays and have them focus on how the game feels.  It will be done at some point.
