The 2pt conversion hack isn't possible for in-season games from what I understand. The edit you are asking for shouldn't be too hard to put together. You want an OG rom with the following:
 
* In-game Playbooks
* No Sprite Flicker
 
You also want some of the bad plays removed. There is a SET command for the No Sprite Flicker hack:

The in-game playbook hack can be added using the .ips patch included in this zip file:

That should set you on a path to be able to edit the game to your liking. Remember, backup your files before saving!

I love the work done on this site and play all of the yearly hacks religiously, I really haven't tried to rom hack myself but a few buddies of mine prefer to play the OG game just for nostalgia.  I have searched the forums and the site and looking for an OG rom that has few hacks like playbook in game, no sprites, (playing on AVS) and maybe 2point if possible, sort of like Sblueman vanilla but maybe not as much just looking for minimum to keep it OG but adding the playbook in game and maybe changing up some of those bad plays in there.  I thought I saw something like this a while ago in the forums but can't find it. The redux vanilla is close but doesn't have the in game playbook which would add another element to our little league we have here.  Can anyone point me to the file if there is one on here?
