Been a long time viewer, never participated as I don't truly understand how the ROMs (if that's the right term). Have loved Tecmo series for years. Specifically the stats/ratings aspect of the games. I would buy NCAA football and the Madden series and redo the entire rosters. All that said, can you edit and create all the rosters for Tecmo ROMs too? Or are you taking old players and just changing their names? I guess, I'm curious...as looking at these rosters...seeing guys like Adrian Peterson. Who if he was in Tecmo Bowl, I'd say he'd have a power rating similar to Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson (80 power). If he was in Tecmo Super Bowl ratings, I'd make him have a hitting power of 81-88. Not quite as much as Christian Okoye, but also faster. 63 MS. All that to say, could I make those 'custom' ratings? Or would I have to choose, say, Bo Jackson and just change his name and put him on the Vikings as Adrian Peterson? I'd love to make rosters, help others. I'd love to help put together historical rosters, assuming you can do all the editing you want - not just 'replace and rename' type of thing. Appreciate any further explanation on this, via post here or PM. Love what's going on here - spent many hours reading all of the posts, downloading files, but haven't quite 'got it yet'...haven't played anything. And not quite sure what the limitations are and what we can do with these files. I'm guessing it'll all click pretty quickly though, when it does.
