  1. Earlier this year I finished playing a full season with every team in the league using my DEF only challenge. This means that whenever I took possession I had to immediately punt or attempt a field goal. I could not advance kick or punt returns. I could score via safeties, fumble return TDs, INT TDs, punt block/kick block TDs, aaand maybe that's it. Here are some of the highlights and notes I made for each team - I'll list them in the order I played them: Buffalo Bills #28 Rush D - 2104 yds allowed This was the first team I used. The ugly stats show how much improvement I made eventually - especially after switching to calling a run every down. Arizona Cardinals *Aeneas Williams - INTs on b2b plays and a 4-INT game Cincinnati Bengals Deion Sanders - 26 INT - 539 INT yds - 10 INT TD's Chicago Bears Mark Carrier - 14 INT - 372 INT yds - 9 INT TD's (3 INT TD in one game) #29 Rush D - 2093 yds allowed *Ridiculous 18 Special Teams TDs Denver Broncos Dante Jones - 62 sacks - 343 tackles - 3 PB TD 41 forced fumbles 529 Points - 100 OP - 5 shutouts 14-2 record *3 INT TD in one quarter by 3 different players vs Frank Reich *Beat Jax 80-0 Atlanta Falcons eh Indianapolis Colts Quentin Coryatt - 108 sacks - 313 tackles Ray Buchanan - 17 INT - 296 INT yds #25 Rush D - 1768 yds allowed 14-2 record Dallas Cowboys 534 Pts - 88 OP - 9 shutouts 15-1 record (Lost to SF) *17 INT in b2b games - 8 vs Wash (Shuler) and 9 vs Arizona (Krieg) Cleveland Browns Eric Turner - 25 INT - 352 INT yds - 5 INT TDs *10 INT game vs HOU (Chandler) including 8 by Turner w/ b2b INT TD *Pepper Johnson scored by INT, FR, ST (fumbled return), & PB TD Detroit Lions Chris Spielman - 100 sacks - 358 tackles Jeff Jaeger - 123/136 FG - 390 pts 592 Pts - 72 OP - 5 shutouts 15-1 record *lost to Carolina?! defending the run

A year or so ago I was playing a season w/ the Oilers & I couldn't stop the run to save my life. So I changed my D around and always ran Nickel & moved Dishman from his corner spot to the nickel back spot seeing as he was the fastest guy on my D. Then I would call nothing but run plays and I would use Dishman to shadow the RB while running around blockers. I still gave up some yards but I was usually able to stop the runs @ 2 or 3yd gains and eliminate the big runs. I did give up some big passing plays but not to many, W/ Dishman being as fast as he is I could often sack the qb.
