This program will allow you to create and apply IPS patches. It is easy to use and one of the best if not the best IPS program.To create a IPS file with it you must select the original file then select the modified file. All changes between the files will be recorded in the IPS file.To apply a IPS file with it you must select the IPS file and then select the file to modify and wherever the IPS says a change needs to occur it will make the change.
