stephenroehm
I am working on a large TSB project. Currently, I am creating rosters from 1976 to 1999. In time, I plan on creating rosters from 2000 to current. I have a fairly detailed, multi-step process for rating players. In short, it involves gathering individual stats, player size, team stats, comparing player stats to the league average from that season, approximate value, and some different weighting scales. I also adjust ratings based on career arcs and season-specific team success or failure. I am interested in collaborating with other roster makers, especially in designing/assigning hacks, ensuring colors/logos are year specific, possibly faces, and play editing. If you can add anything that I didn't list, feel free to share it. I'm not an expert at hacking, but I have significant experience in editing rosters of different games. If you are interested, please respond to this post or PM me. I'm not on the forums often, but I'll check back more regularly to see if there are any responses. I am happy to share more details regarding how I am developing player ratings if there are responses to this post. I just added another layer to the development of defensive ratings. I plan on giving an in-depth explanation of how I am determining ratings in an upcoming post. Knobbe
The years when there are 30 and 31 teams are the tough ones because I don't think there are roms for this. 1995-1998 - 30 teams 1999-2001 - 31 teams Otherwise the rest is just repurposing old edits as one sees fit

I gave them ratings that are a little lower than what I gave them in their rookie years but kept the ratings in-line with their player type to maintain differences in play styles.
