Where did you get the roster info from?  Did you find any spreadsheets to use as a baseline?

I didnt go buy any spreadsheets at all

 

I went each roster one by one and based the ratings off a players stats....the best I could do being it was my 1st time doing it and I would like to learn more better ways to improve the game

they have a tool to extract data from tsb 1 and import into tsb3 so you could borrow the rosters from Gojis File here using the tool that is provided on this site also i believe that this is using a modded version of tsb3 as a base correct due to the menus imo it says LVi i am just wondering what else was modded from original cart just curious

the cart photo isnt even mines lol I borrowed it from another member since it was the only way to share the file on here

 

I want to learn about Skip tracing to bring more life into Tecmo....as you can see I only like the Final Edition Tecmo so trying to completely provide a fully functioning Sega version is hard...where are the professional modders when you really need them

 

I'll keep working at it and see what I can do....I wish I could sharpen the images and remove the pixelated version and upgrade the game add more cut scenes and get the full 32 teams as well....I mean, a man can dream cant he lol

United Crypto, I do not like the point system you have. The points are too high. I use Game Genie codes and unfortunately it does not work. I cannot use free agency on the game because it won't allow me to do so which is the whole point of why I prefer this version TSB. Also Randall Cunningham and Randy Moss do not belong in the free agency area. They are both LONG TIME done in the NFL. You should have used free agents from now that recently were released or within last couple seasons. Even using Cam Newton and Colin Kaepernick as the QBS would have been better if you wanted older free agents. Also you have several teams with RBs in WR slots and WRs in RB slots. I cannot fix the problem either unfortunately. I can't stand that on the game. Also, your Ravens helmet design work is a little shotty. I would have left it as the Oliers with Titans or changed it to the Texans with Texans players. I am happy someone has actually done this with new rosters but it seems this was kind of rushed through and something is not right. I use an android phone with emulators on it to play it. I am sorry but I think it needs more work, it also isn't the first time I have used game genie or action replay codes before on SNES emulators on android. I don't mean it in a disrespectful way. I like what you tried to do.

on sale for £19.99 this game is very very old if you want all that other stuff get madden 24

 

dude just made updated roster from a previously released tsb3 mod for fun on a weekend you can edit rosters in game if you so choose to like depth charts in madden 

 

if you want download the TSB Editor and make the edits or borrow the rosters from goji and convert them to tsb3 via the editor 

 

what you want would take a lot of work for little to no gain and certainly no profit

I cannot unfortunately, as I explained I play it on my android phone using emulators. Never had issues till I tried this version. I like the modern update but unless they make an editor that can be used on an android phone, I cannot edit any rosters and I would if I could. I would have picked better free agents also, not players from 30 years ago, there is the secret unlockable greats on the game for that which I also would have edited or using Texans or Titans players from teams not on the game. I wish the game could be edited to include 32 NFL teams with the divisions realigned properly. This game in itself is much better than Madden or older versions of Tecmo.  I cannot even play Madden on my phone as the system emulators they supposedly play on do not work well on an android phones. The mobile Madden for android I also dislike. I'd like a SNES TSBIII with all 80's and 90's legends. Also an NCAA FBS version with only the best college teams. There are so many variations that could be made. TB, TSB, TSB II are not as fun because they lack trades and free agency. I am sorry for negative comments but this version not allowing the use unlimited free agency through game genie or action replay codes on the emulator is like having all the variations of Tecmo Super Bowl which of course new ones come out on this website all the time. The point system is also flawed. Some of the other people who made versions of this game had made the same mistake but I was able to manipulate the system to get it to work, not on the version. You must use the point system correctly, plus it is hard to distinguish who is the best players because some of the players who are not really star players have a high free agency point total while some the stars are low. That makes no sense to me. So again, sorry for the criticism. Great job on getting the teams players pretty accurate. I also noticed no RB J. K. Dobbins on the Ravens, perhaps due to his constant injuries. I also wish the game used a 53 man roster and  practice squad players also, this game would be the best if it had that. That, is not of course your fault.

I do not own any actual video game systems, if I did I'd play college football games more anyway. I use an android phone with video game rom emulators on it, it isn't a fancy iPhone or iPad either so that doesn't work for me. Plus Madden sucks, compared to Tecmo games. I have had the android mobile phone version and HATED it. Well, also while it isn't illegal to edit the games and share them, I am pretty certain that selling them online is however illegal so making that comment is not necessary. I am assuming that your Australian considering you calling me mate and your format of money you used. I am American and have no idea what that is in American money but not an option for me anyway.

Good job on the rosters themselves considering it was your first attempt at this. My criticism is mostly because your choice of free agents and the points system you used is too high and it messes up free agency when using game genie or action replay codes, your not the only person who used that type of point system. I am sorry for for being harsh though if it came across that way.

I appreciate youre insight...I know how you feel when wanting to play a game you love and its not up to par as you would wish it was, I am going to wait until the draft is over and then edit the roster a little more....along with the FA lists I did add some of my favorite players in the FA list and I could've added them with the Hall of Fame lists 

 

when I get some more free time ill make a better rostered game but the only issue with that is making a Final edition A with the Texans or making a Final edition B with the Ravens

 

its better to play on a personal computer and downloading RETROARCH on it then search various websites to add ROM's to the retro player instead of your phone you get more from RETROARCH on a PC

I have had retroarch on my android also, but I had to delete it because it was so complicated, too complicated to use for me on my android phone. My favorite team is the Titans and them not being on there is sad and also the Texans with CJ Stroud not being there is also annoying since I am a Buckeye and an Ohio State fan. I'd also like to see a college version of TSB III and one with 80's and 90s greats. I am still playing it just without free agency. Thank you for your kind reply, also I appreciate your efforts and sorry the Ravens helmet comment was not needed. I imagine that is hard to do as far as putting that on the helmet. I am from Cleveland and am not a Browns fan. That ended while I was in the military in the early 90's, when the original Browns left for Baltimore and won 2 SUPERBOWLS, also the Oilers had great players like Warren Moon, they had Eddie  George, Steve McNair, Vince Young and others. I like the Raiders, Ravens, Titans/Oilers and Vikings.

it is UK pounds and it's £1.28 more than a USD on average. its $19.99 USD for Madden24 on PS5 and the mobile game as nothing to do with the PS5 game.

 

mate isn't just australian many UK people say mate and I'm American we even say mate around here. Fun to have some good banter and a pint with your mates at the local pub. 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇮🇪

TSB3 doesn't even have all the teams i suggest TSB1 Gojis 2024 Edition or just play stock tsb3. i highly doubt anyone will do more with tsb3 i surprised they even have a tsb1 roster update in 2024 with PC , Xbox and PS5 available everywhere worldwide.

no one has yet to reverse engineer this TSB 3 for SNES. unfortunately until then, we have to dual release so that at least 32 are available to play in some form or fashion. hope you enjoy!

A pint? Now your Canadian....😂 Just drink a good ol' American beer. Plus I do not care to know the crossover of the American dollar to the pound or any other form of money. I do not own a PS5, my son has those systems, PS5 and XBOX, I never play them. I have seen Madden on there. Didn't like it on there either. Why would I want to take a step backwards to play TSB1? I have several versions of that also. The whole point is I enjoy the trading and free agency, not just accurate rosters.
