Engaged Players

The original code had it so that on offense you bounced off engaged players and on defense you could bowl over engaged players sometimes.


I know there is a hack for this to change offense to being able to bowl over engaged players. What I am wondering is can it be hacked so that you have 

a 50% chance to bounce off (offense or defense) and then 50% of the time you go the bowl over check to see if you get flattened or you flatten the engaged opponent.

is it possible to set 0 to flatten, 3 to bounce, 6 to be flattened

then just make that the universal no matter the ball carrier, non ball carrier offense or defense.
