How can I stop them?

I'm playing the SBluman 2022 pre-season rom. In this version I, as the Seahawks, cannot stop Justin Herbert or Tom Brady to save my life. I play as Quandre Diggs and I will be practically touching the receiver as they fire a pass, and somehow not only do I not intercept it, but they actually catch it. 

 

How can I stop them when I have them covered?
