Is it Possible to get TSB Roms onto a new NES?

I Bought a NES with preloaded games on Ebay. There doesn't seem to be a way to connect the console to the Computer, or a USB port, but is it possible to get Roms onto it? Thanks a Ton

If it accepts roms, I don't see why not. Does it have a memory card that can be taken out?

I am not sure. I bought it almost 5 years ago and am rediscovering it. I don't see any place for a memory card, so I am not sure but if you see anything lmk.
