cannot get tsb1 on snes to load on tsb tool supreme

i can get all rom hacks for any version on any platform to run on tsb tool supreme, but cannot load the original rom (tecmo super bowl u!) . can someone please tell me what am i doing wrong? update i noticed the original version is 1 kb larger than the rom hacks.

You might have one modified by a different program or maybe one with or without a header.

This one will work.
