At quick glance, they seem more recent than All-Time but that could just be your age. I'm old! A lot of the QBs are mysteries to me like ORE QB2 Jason Bourne. Now, I have no doubt that he could do the job but maybe Marcus Mariota, Akili Smith, Chris Miller, Norv Turner, Dan. Fouts or Norm Van Brocklin may be a better QB1. Ok, maybe not Akili.
