tacomanarrows
I have to edit all 28 teams. I made every logo myself, I have almost every player done but I dont know how to "pixelize" the teams wordmark and helmet logo you could say. TecmoTurd
For starters, to edit the team data and player data, you should be using TSBTool Supreme and TSBManager2000. When you say you don't know the SNES color palette, what exactly do you mean? See my SNES documentation for converting RGB to an SNES hex color. It also has the uniform information on it. Lastly, the team's wordmarks are compressed, but you can view them in TLP by selecting the 3PP option, I believe. This lets you see the graphics for which you can eitehr blank them out or redraw them yourself. Post here with specific questions and we'll be glad to help. Good luck...
