Ok folks, registration is back up. I made an addendum to the original post on this thread, and have pasted it below as well:

 

"As of Jan 15, we have updated our registration process so that players will either use PayPal or mail a check to confirm their spot in the tournament. We had some irreconcilable differences with our previous payment processing vendor, so had to make the change mid-stream. The registration process won't be quite as smooth from here on out, as the Web site won't take you directly to PayPal, but it's the best we can do. Keep in mind that a spot won't be held for you until we receive the money via PayPal, or a check in the PO Box. We apologize for this inconvenience, and truly appreciate your patience as we work through this. We will be reaching out to those affected by the transition process directly."

What a bummer. Not to mention all the added work for you guys. Luckily, you have a whipping boy/secretary in Orenga to put in extra hours. =)  But seriously guys thanks for everything you do to put this together. We really appreciate it.

^^^Wow SonofPatBeach...your Tecmo Tournament resume' is pretty damn good...In all seriousness, me and my compade' Chalky White will be at the Madison 11 Tourney next year.....The only reason we didn't come down this year is because I got a semi-pro football game up in Washington on March 8th and the dates clash.  This year will be my last year ..... I'm over 30 now and to old to be gettin' knocced around, so it will be a lock for us to make the trip.....................and maybe next years Tourney will be even better than this one.  (even though "X" of anything is usually EPIC when it comes to sports.....good luck.)

You're just now losing patience with Gats? Hasn't the entire Tecmo community lost patience with him at least twice?

I just didn't think anyone could be this stupid and take a gift horse in the mouth.  I am sure he has at least 200 dollars more than he deserves promised to him.  Cause what he deserves is 0.  Keep in mind I have an ulterior motive.  It cuts my cost a little, lou's a little and El tecmo's a little.

You should!!!  Me, Chalk, you, Manyo, and maybe even Ted, should all fly or "caravan" out there road trip style and str8 up rep the North West Tecmo Faction...................But that's next year............just HANDLE YO $#!T this year!!!!!  We'll be pullin for you and Manyo!

The Tecmo gods are fickle. I caution against assuming Tecmo XI is a given. If we have it, though, we'll make sure to list you and Fro30 first on our email blast.
