Just noticed Kickoffs are at the 30 yard line - should be the 35.

Not sure if we're going to change this or not...I'd rather not have the game be buggy than to emulate the new rule change

Speaking of buggy....couldn't figure out the run4 sack glitch. It might not get fixed.

All the locations were set at 8 pass plays 0 run plays. I just changed it back to the default 4/4. Tested a play real quick and uploaded to tpc site and the stats appeared correct. Sending you the corrected rom via PM.

Thanks! When I looked at it this morning I expected to see 03 and figured that this was a 28 team only mod.

Well since i had the rom open i put it into my excel sheet to spit out some rankings.

Some suprises. NE so low because they run better in real life and don't rely so much on the RB's skill as play design. Also the WR's are

slow comparatively. OL doesnt do much in unhacked tecmo so their strong OL is pretty worthless here.

PHI's tecmo offense is easily the best on the rom with 63ms mccoy and 69ps 50ms 56pc vick. Good luck stopping that. LOL

SD secondary on tecmo rom much better than last years real life unit which gave up 8+ yards per pass attempt.

Technically it's 50 considering that pc and pa are switched.

I really have no problem with having teams that are too powerful or too sucky. The no San Fran rule gets replaced with the no Philly rule.

If you think that Philly doesn't DESERVE to be so powerful, you perhaps have a vaild argument.

Not trying to hate just trying to post an somewhat objective ranking of the teams. Players in general are rated how the average person downloading the game would expect them to be rated.

That's exactly how I took it. Guys who get bent out of shape over feedback on preseason roms shouldn't be in the preseason rom business ;)

Yep, that's why I said I'd be happy to just tweak it on my own if I need to...

We have an explanation of the switched attributes right? I'll look in the top post...

I can't wait to start getting everyone into the download section...you can put all this stuff in there!

wait, are you sure PA and PC are "switched"? you mean you implemented the PA hack and then switched PA and PC?

I hope it wasn't switched on last years rom, because I rated the guys with PA and PC the normal way...

That's how the PC PA hack has always worked. LOL.

"Here is how to use the Pass Control and Pass Accuracy as used in the TSB III (SNES).

The NES reads the PC when the ball is to be thrown (how accurate the ball is thrown) and then again elsewhere when the ball reaches a player (for a miss, drop, catch, deflection, or interception).

Pass Control = Ability to throw on target

Pass Accuracy = Ability to complete a pass/avoid interception"

ok, good that's what I thought, LOL. I would't define that as "switching" PA and PC, though. Because PA never did anything; and PC is still "control", it's just that PA does the comp/int.
