jeanetti
How can I load a program on a mini notebook computer if there is no CD rom drive? I am looking into a mini-notebook, and as I understand they will run any program, but I wonder how I can load a program on it that comes on a CD rom if there is no CD rom drive? Do I have to attach the CD Rom drive externally?_____________________market samurai ~ marketsamurai ~ marketsamurai.com
TecmoTurd
Attach an external one, copy files from another computer over the network, or use a USB flash drive. That's my preferred method. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]
Knobbe
This is a weird question though the expertise of this board knows no limit.Sharing over the network is the cheapest though is something you need to look up if you've never done before.Buying a USB CD-rom will cost you a little, but is very convenient and super simple
TecmoTurd
I actually don't think it's a weird question. BTW, you can buy 2-4GB thumb drives for like, $10 these days. Less for a smaller one. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]
Knobbe
It's not a weird question in general as it's definitely a legit issue...just weird for a tecmo board I actually don't think it's a weird question.
