swampymux12 Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 You need a hex editor, the easiest one to work with is through the FCEUX Emulator (under the debug menu). I'm just learning and I have little idea of what I am doing, and I've gotten a few things to work, so if you have done that type of thing before, then you shouldn't have any problems with it. This is a similar thread I created wanting to knock it down to 24 teams, http://tecmobowl.org/topic/54998-removing-teams-from-a-rom/ there are some guys who are really good with this stuff who can walk you through it.
