61woods
How do you edit the uniforms so the helmet, jersey, pants, and shoes are a different color instead of the same?
TecmoTurd
Get a copy of STUE! Easiest way without editing hex. File is attached...Nice to see another SNES fan 'round these parts...STUE.zip
TecmoTurd
P.S. Now I see what you're asking. Jersey can be one color, helmet another, and pants another (with a stripe that is the color of the jersey). Can't change the shoe color. Can't change the shoe color. You could, but it would involve redrawing all the sprites and some hex editing. If you seriously wanted to do it, starting with one of those NES sprites on SNES roms would probably be your best option. The regular sprites used 2 colors for each part of the uniform. The simpler NES sprites don't, but the original color data should still be there. So, you could redraw the sprites and make the shoes one of the unused jersey colors. This would make the STUE tool useless and you'd have to go in and fix every team manually. It's a huge pain and probably not worth bothering with though.
