ImFlo
See my post in the Madison thread that I just made. EDIT: I decided to flesh out the full teams to post. The AFC has a high powered, bomb themed offense. QB Browns gets the start, with Dave Kreig waiting patiently on the sidelines. The idea is to force it to someone who plays TE for Miami, preferably Jim Jenson. Clutch receivers like Al Toon and Louis Lipps are accompanied with quarterback favorites Webster Slaughter and Tommy Kane. The runningback situation is Icky Woods opening up holes for multi-talented Albert Bently. Kevin Mack is back there to instill fear, while Mosi Tatupu is the designated kick returner. The O-line is KC's feared group. There is no better kicking duo than Gary Anderson and Reggie Roby. The defense is Fulcher and the rest of the Cincinnati defense. It is in Fulcher's contract that his team has to play with him. I would rather have a defense with Fulcher, than one without. The NFC's lineup is just as scary. Vinny Testeverde is the star of the offense. He is backed up by the Hoss, the best quarterback to come off the bench (with all due respect to Frank Reich). When Vinny isn't showing off his wheels, or hitting receivers in stride, this offense will be pounding the rock with the most powerful runningback committee ever assembled. Muster/Rathman/Heyward/Cobb and their combined 376 HP are not easy to bring down. They will demoralize and wear down any defense that is lined up across from them. The offensive line is the same line from New Orleans that opens holes for Hilliard/Heyward. If they can make Hilliard look good, they can make anyone look good. If it was possible, the other Hilgenberg brother from Chicago would be placed at guard to help bolster the line. The receivers are led by sure handed but slow Ricky Proehl. Deep ball extraordinaire Art Monk will take the top off the defense. Vinny Testeverde brought along familiar faces in Mark Carrier and Danny Peebles. He finds those guys for clutch 3rd downs on a regular basis. Mark Bavaro and Cap Boso are both capable receivers and skillful blockers. The other Anderson is kicking, with Feagles pinning teams back. Danny Peebles returns kickoffs, with Heyward deep to return punts. A solid special teams unit, but maybe not on the same level as the AFC's team above. The defense is based on its defensive line with superstars Bob Nelson, William Perry, and Jerry Ball. Bob Nelson is meant to be man controlled, freeing up linebackers to drop into coverage. Gary Reasons with his interceptions and tipped passes. Garth Jax and his instant sacks on called plays. The more talented half of NO's talented linebacking core. Deion and his buddy Charles Dimry. Fumble forcing Chuck Cecil. My guy Myron Guyton. Impact players all over this defense. Now THOSE are some probowl rosters.
