Team SIM Offensive and Defensive Ratings have been adjusted slightly once again.
There are two roster versions of the ROM like last season.
-'Launch Edition' -
Includes suspended players / players placed on injured reserve throughout the season.
-The Week 1-17, Playoff, and Super Bowl updates -
True to current NFL depth charts, removing players who go injured reserve and are suspended.

Goji's NFL Tecmo Super Bowl LIII (Beta 2.1)
*Extra Points moved back to 15 yardline. I've already missed once lol. Forgot the INT Return fix with the
NES Classic version last update, my apologies. Team SIM offense and defense numbers have been revisited.
This will only apply to stats generated in SKP games. For example : Aaron Rodger's return has boosted
the Packers offensive output a bit. An old friend's joke reminded me that I should try to add
the 'Hut-Hut"s back in. Input is welcome and appreciated. There should be a flavor of this ROM available
for everyone. A vanilla version of my BASE rom is also uploaded.

Better INT Returns hack. This applies to the Juiced Plus Version only! (My personal favorite)
The uniform usage and color adjustments are always a work in progress but alot has been tweaked
with them this update. Player rating adjustments made for some balance.
