SNES version
It was the last play of the game and I was going to throw a hail mary to try to rack up some extra yards. I waited a little too long and Jim McMahon's pass was tipped up in the air. It landed on an Eagles player and he got an INT.
Is this the only Tecmo where you can do that?

Yar, you've struck Tecmo gold!
No, seriously, as far as the SNES versions go, it is the only one where you can do that.

As far as I know it's the only Tecmo version on which you can do this though I don't know for sure about PSX TB.
2013 Nebraska: Final 4
2012 TomzcakV: Round of 32
2012 Madison: Round of 32
2012 Nebraska: Round of 16
2011 Nebraska: Final 4
2011 Madison: Round of 32
2010 Chicago: Round of 32

Actually this happened to me just last week in TSB for the SNES.

During one of my Giants seasons Simms had a pass tipped at the line and the DE caught it in the end zone for the touchdown... I was not pleased.

Other than the lame graphics, I honestly think TSB2 plays the best out of any of the TSB's regarding game stats and realistic playability. And I love it when a big fat lineman picks a tipped ball - too bad its not in the other versions.

I've always been surprised that it doesn't get more credit for being in a lot of ways better than TSB SNES.
TSB II isn't as quirky as the old TSB NES we all know and love but it doesn't lose its fun at all for me. Honestly I think its relative obscurity is what holds it back; that, or people prefer using the same basic engine to play TSB III because of the player creation and 30 teams, etc. etc.
Basically it's lost in the shuffle, which is kind of a shame, but it does provide the only way to play as the 93 and 94 seasons, also.
