AugieNo2
Chuck Cecil is a DB coach for the Titans.Scott Player also was cut by the Cards (finally). Was he on the game?Scott Player's rookie year was '98, so he was 7 years too late for being in Tecmo Super Bowl. However, he's somewhat famous for being the last player to wear the single-bar facemask in the NFL, which was banned (or should I say, "barred"? LOL!) from use in 2004, for safety reasons. He was allowed to wear it after the ban due to a grandfather clause.I've always liked how he has the most generic last name possible for an athlete. So, I guess you could say I'm not a Player hater. OH!And going further with my "bar" pun, what are the chances of this:"Scott Player will be replaced by Mike Barr, picked up on a waiver claim Tuesday."The last name of the guy replacing him is Barr!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!
cjnoles9399
I was way off about Player. I think I had him mixed up with Rohn Stark. Both played at Florida State.I remember Player was at FSU in the very early 90's but I forgot he didn't debut in the NFL until years later. AugieNo2
Vinny Testeverde got cut from the Patriots. They kept Junior Seau on the squad though.
MrNFL
Seau and Carney (who just signed with the Jags) are the only two active players I believe. And Morten Andersen is just coming back to the Falcons. Was Feagles on the original TSB? MrNFL
Vinny T back in action. Signed by the kitty cats as we say in Bucland.http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3056695LOL, Why won't Vinny go away?Sadly, he'll probably get some playing time. I didn't think he'd stay away after being cut from the position of "Kneel down guy" by the Patriots.

Bubby Brister
Big game today for Tecmoers.Vinny puts up 250 yards and Junior Seau has a game-sealing interception.I'm sure tomorrow night will be a great game featuring Jeff Feagles vs. Morten Andersen. There's got to be somebody better than that.I don't know why Bollinger doesn't just start for Minnesota anyway, he's better than their other garbage. ApolloSpeed
Bollinger did good! I bet they keep him starting, even if when jackson comes off the injured list....cause I think the coach is NOW gonna realize, he's the best qb they got.Bollinger, Peterson, and the Viking run stopping defense is looking pretty good now.
