JoelC....a couple comments. 

 

 

1. Those are carts with custom boards inside. They aren't cannibalized old carts. That costs money...and time to develop.  

2. The rosters,etc are custom and not a straight rip from anything here. 

3. They do go to funding Facebook.com/GridironHeroes

4. They obviously fill a market need if people are willing to buy them. 

 

If you see someone selling a straight rip of something here that MIGHT be a different story.

Sure, sure. To show I'm not interested in starting unwarranted shit, I will ask this: If I wanted to help fund Gridiron Heroes without buying one of these carts, how would I do that? I'm being completely serious. (I totally get the tone of the responses. It makes sense.)

The carts/shirts aren't highly advertised on this site just because it's not the focus.  That's the same reason why I run Google ads on the bottom of the page instead of the top.

However, I do back everything that Dave does. As noted above, the carts are brand new, not donors, which no one is doing.  

The games on the cart have been worked on...it's not just some guy pulling a rom off of here and slapping it on ebay.

The shirts are high quality and the customer service is great.

Probably the most important thing though is Dave is a part of this community. He cares a lot about Tecmo.

 

If you buy anything Tecmo related, you should be buying it from him.

Nope. I have an iPhone. What I meant specifically was to be able to play this on an iPhone because I'm not on my desktop with 10 minutes of free time to knock out a game very often.
