NiNi Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 Everytime, I try to run the nes emulator from this site onto my computer I get a weird message that d3dx9_42.dll is missing from the computer to run the program? does this mean that my pc cannot run the nes emulator? or is there some thing I need to download to make it work?
