TLL Live Streaming Info

Many of the Tecmo Legacy League's games are streamed live on twitch.tv, for anyone interested.  Often, the games are fairly impromptu; when we notice a scheduled opponent online, we'll decide to play a game. The best way to follow is on our Twitter feed, which sends out notifications each time we start a broadcast: @tecmolegacy.  But sometimes we arrange games in advance, and I'll use this forum to let people know when those games are happening.

Here is the stream feed:

We're going live at around 6 pm EST with what should be two good ones:

Pittsburgh (coach deadfaulkner, 7-0-1) takes on Oakland (coach cheapcatch, 5-3).  The Steelers are the TLL's last unbeaten in 1979, and the Steel Curtain defense has given up just 50 points in eight games, but the Silver and Black are hungry for a win and can strike from anywhere with deep threat Cliff Branch.  Oakland is without star CB Lester Hayes, however.

Minnesota (coach deadfaulkner, 4-4) travels to Chicago (coach cheapcatch, 2-6).  After two early-season SKP game losses, the Vikes find themselves atop the NFC Central, but can the Bears finally get Walter Payton moving?

Going live at about 9:40 tonight:

St. Louis (coach deadfaulkner, 3-5) takes on Washington (coach jordanshrug, 6-2) in an NFC East clash.  The Cardinals have shown flashes of brilliance early in the season despite a disappointing record, but they'll need to be at their best to take out John Riggins and the perennial powerhouse Washington Ethnic Insensitivities.

Tomorrow night, 3.25 @ 10 pm est:

It's the TLL Game of the Week for Week 10 of the 1979 season, and this one is loaded with playoff implications. The LA Rams (coach deadfaulkner, 5-4) fight to hold on to the final playoff spot against Washington (coach jordanshrug, 7-2), who need the win to keep pace with Dallas in the NFC East.
