American Dreams = San Fracisco Giants (SF)
Ninja Blacksox = Atlanta Braves (AB)
Brave Warriors = Arizona D'Backs (AD)
Japan Robbins = Cincinnati Reds (CR)
World Powers = Milwaukee Brewers (MB)
Ghastly Monsters = St Louis Cardinals (SC)
Lovely Ladies = Philadelphia Phillies (PP)
SNK Crushers = Florida Marlins (FM)

No hex editing so the original Baseball Stars icons are the same. Team names, uniforms, player names, player ratings all edited. Ratings based on statistics as of June 6, 2011. Enjoy and feel free to share your thoughts.

UPDATED with a couple uniform fixes.

My group usually plays Turd's RBI rom but one guy always complains that he wants us to play Stars. I'm thinking we'll get your rom in the rotation on our next game night. Just know, you've made a couple of guys really happy.

My group usually plays Turd's RBI rom but one guy always complains that he wants us to play Stars. I'm thinking we'll get your rom in the rotation on our next game night. Just know, you've made a couple of guys really happy.

Fun stuff, I was just playing some baseball stars last night...man alive I wish I had a group of guys in the area to play these with...RBI works fine because I can juice it, but none of these other ROMs are worth a shit in 1P mode...I need some in-person action.

P.S. We should find the info for the team icons...it'd be cool to have the real logos. If someone can help me find where the palettes exist, that'd be a start...

Love the ROM, brother. Two things...one, the uniforms for the Brewers are green...probably could be tweaked. More importantly, the batting order is all sorts of messed up...Fielder was batting near the bottom, and that just 'taint right

Some guy PM'd me about some more ROM info for this game, so I'll check out what he's got. In the meantime, I started drawing a few icons...maybe I'll draw a few here or there so the guy who releases this ROM has icons he can use...

Kind of sucks because if I play this latest version with the 2011 NL Race, I couldn't do any cutting/signing of players if I chose the Brewers, I'd have to create a team? Boooo...

Not sure who's following this thread, but diving/jumping/wall climbing/stat tracking/free agency are all appealing greatly to me, and the game is a challenge for sure. So, obviously I'm giving it some love. I've attached the edit I did to give the brewers their real icon and remove their pea green uniforms...I'll do the rest of them soon, and if arnie keeps posting his ROMs (hopefully he does) I'll do the icons for that as well.

I'm mediocre at drawing, but this came out pretty good...perhaps if I can work with jstout, we can get an extractor written as well...not sure what's all tracked as of yet...

The St. Louis one turned out really nice. I'll do the remaining 4 whenever:
Florida
Philadelphia
Arizona
Cincinnati

Though I feel like I should wait until he releases the next ROM...

Alright, finished them all. Most of them look good, the Marlins (who likely won't make the cut on Arnie's next ROM

had too much going on in the logo to make it happen, so I just used the F from their logo. I will probably give that another go sometime, but i'm done until his next ROM comes out. ROM is attached.
