I read all the tutorials and successfully played about 10 full games with a few different people with Nestopia 1.39, some hamachi some not. Suddenly, every game I play has been desynching right before the 2nd quarter. I delete my save folder before I start Nestopia every time and have made the appropriate changes on the Paths and Timing settings. I'm on a router but I'm hardwired and the problem is the same either on Hamachi or direct connect. Anybody have any ideas?

Only thing i can think of is to redownload nestopia,and make the needed changes. And see if that helps. Anyone else here on the boards have any ideas on this problem?
