Some tweaks to add that cropped up.
1. edited all instances of "1995" to say 2011
2. Nevada player skins done (Qb was the only white guy)
3. Nevada cut scene helmet
4. Adjusted attribute tuning:
a. hit power range reduced for game
b. speed range reduced
c. bb and agility range reduced
d. catching ability bumped up
e. fumble reduced
5. Adjusted oline pass block to the speed of game
6. some of the play graphics
7. cb zones on the down pass defense. (they no longer go out of bounds)
8. Position titles in team player data (Backups are labeled as backups)
9. matched up some of the teams to their sets(2rb, 3wr and such)
10. Added the past national champs to the opening menu movie
11. fixed some player names and numbers
12. The all time season records. Had to adjust Colt Brennans rating from college style to nfl style so it can be achieved. all others are exact.
13. dh also wanted to point out on the triple option, you hold b to cancel the hb/fb hand off, then tap b to pitch to tb/fb/wr or no tap to qb keep.
14. Amrush's 2pt conversion hack. New com AI that has the com go for 2 when appropriate.
15. Some teams have only 3 listed Rbs, while some have 4. The 3 rbs team have 5 wrs. In the sub players you'll notice some teams have 1 back starting with only 2 backups.
16. On the team select (US map from original) the back ground has been hacked to change with the team you scroll thru.
17. Every play was made from scratch. Notice the RBs steps sideways before as he takes a hand off. Defenses shuffle around, and also new, WRs line up with a new animation.
18. The huddle break before the play, others have done it, but we did it first!
19. All audibles are hacked. Def and off.
20. Pro bowl and who gets a face have been hacked.
21. Default KR/PR have been hacked
22. Every stadium can have different colored grass. Boise blue!!
23. Time has been adjusted. Almost all color palettes hacked and changed.

Here it is. After a month of fine tuning, we have reached a final play version. Not gonna explain much, but will add the hacks we have done.
1. All new style play book done from scratch. (Amrush, MAximize, Bruddog, Buck and Maynard with help and ideas)
2. All redone artwork. (98% Drunken Honkey(he draws drunk i swear), and 2 % me)
3. Tile hacking and graphics hack(Bills Fan Fatcheerleader Tecmo Turd Help and Ideas)
4. Personalized the players ratings to my taste(Drummer4God helped with inspiration, and el rey for some pointer help)
5. PA/PC hack from on the board.
6. Play clock hack (Amrush)
7. Ratings Sliders to personal taste(Amrush again....PS,i may have figured out some of the unknowns....i'll PM after further testing.)
8. Base style defenses(Maynard for inspiration)
9. P/K return speed hack(Amrush sliders)
10. Spinning Helmet animation above player(DH is a genius)
11. Home fields have your color's present everywhere. Players and coach graphics added plus team specialized endzones. Mascot/cheerleaders/team sayings (Jstout for the color of field, DH found in R&D tricks with end zones to help "This OUR HOUSE" the fields)
12. New Menus(MT Remixes)
13. TRUE WILD CAT--doesn't freeze game, and qb is on field.
14. LEAD BLOCKERS ON CERTAIN PLAYS ARE CONTROLLED.
15. TRUE OPTION/READ PLAYS---I REPEAT TRUE OPTION FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!
