I'm only asking this out of sheer curiosity. Is there a way to expand the number of player conditions from Bad, Average, Good and Excellent? Or have the numbers jump 2 notches instead of 1 for each increase/decrease? Or just basically alter how this works in any way?

im not sure if the program could add more conditions. I do know that there is a ROM out that randomly changes the conditions for every player, every play. So David Fulcher could be in GOOD one play, then the next play BAD, then the next play EXC, so forth and so on. Given it can do that, I spose it's possible to have it jump 2 notches instead of just one, but i'd ask someone like jstout.

HAHA!! Good stuff, bro-Namath.
I originally started wondering if there was a way to alter the conditions by player, but I'm pretty sure that's not possible. An example would be guys like Favre who sometimes play really well, then all of a sudden throw a dumb pick. Say his AP is 63 in Average Condition. Good +1 notch (69). Excellent +2 notches (75). Bad -3 notches (44).
Then I wondered if it was possible to expand on the conditions since sometimes great players have bad games, too. Maybe a rating system like the one below...
Horrible, Bad, Average, Good, Excellent, Knobbe.

I just recently discovered that players conditions can change during Pre-season play.. which really changes the dynamics of Tournament Play man vs man.... For the longest time I thought this only petained to Season mode games wow

We use to think that same thing, back in the day of the neighborhood game, ala 1992-ish. We would skip 3 weeks into the regular season, and we would each pick 3 teams too look at, and decide on the matchup based on what teams looked best. hah
Only since TPC play was I aware that they change every quarter, even in preseason games.
