View File College Football USA 96 Rom editor This is a ROM editor for College Football '96 (Sega Genesis). With this editor you can edit various attributes of every player for every team in the game. I have not had time to thoroughly test it but if anyone is interested in this editor, I would encourage you to test it and let me know of any bugs or if anything else could be improved upon. The following player attributes are editable : Player number, Weight, Speed, Quickness, Intelligence, Range, Hands, Accuracy Block and Tackle The README explains in more detail about the editing. The user would use the straight hex codes to edit. I provided a conversion chart to explain the hex to numerical edits. It looks like game just used a lookup table for player attributes.
