Now partnering with Alternative Football Network some new features for this version.
 
Play as last season's XFL or USFL teams or play as a 2024 team.
 
Schedule is the same used by all 3 leagues.
 
New icons are helmets above players and a Madden-style B button to throw to your receiver.

I released this game almost 8 years ago. In that time, great players have joined the league, like Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Lamar Jackson and Christian McCaffrey.
 
It might be time to give other players like Bill Kenney, Fred Arbanas, Tony Banks and Rod "He Hate Me" Smart the boot.
 
It might be time for an OFFICIAL update to Tecmo Super Bowl Gold (The Goldest Game!).

GojYota's 1.19 Highlander ALSO got the margin-of-victory in that det<S.F game - 3pts - correct.

Well, I can tell you that, @gojiphen malor all your virgins won le SB - as did T-Borg rom's SIMs (including his own; posted elsewhere in Le BORGosphere) - so your 1.12 Mega-Virgin actually finished 11-2(; Bolt 9-4, in Predictions), these Playoffs!!

I have had retroarch on my android also, but I had to delete it because it was so complicated, too complicated to use for me on my android phone. My favorite team is the Titans and them not being on there is sad and also the Texans with CJ Stroud not being there is also annoying since I am a Buckeye and an Ohio State fan. I'd also like to see a college version of TSB III and one with 80's and 90s greats. I am still playing it just without free agency. Thank you for your kind reply, also I appreciate your efforts and sorry the Ravens helmet comment was not needed. I imagine that is hard to do as far as putting that on the helmet. I am from Cleveland and am not a Browns fan. That ended while I was in the military in the early 90's, when the original Browns left for Baltimore and won 2 SUPERBOWLS, also the Oilers had great players like Warren Moon, they had Eddie  George, Steve McNair, Vince Young and others. I like the Raiders, Ravens, Titans/Oilers and Vikings.

I appreciate youre insight...I know how you feel when wanting to play a game you love and its not up to par as you would wish it was, I am going to wait until the draft is over and then edit the roster a little more....along with the FA lists I did add some of my favorite players in the FA list and I could've added them with the Hall of Fame lists 
 
when I get some more free time ill make a better rostered game but the only issue with that is making a Final edition A with the Texans or making a Final edition B with the Ravens
 
its better to play on a personal computer and downloading RETROARCH on it then search various websites to add ROM's to the retro player instead of your phone you get more from RETROARCH on a PC

Well my Tecmo Bowl simulation seemed to work with KC beating Baltimore, but I think Tecmo Bowl News has an unhealthy relationship bias with S.F. My Tecmo Bowl prediction simulation shows S.F. will beat the Chiefs, but by a narrow margin, within a margin that could be attributed to Tecmo Bowl bias, or indeed, Taylor Swift could have an influence on the outcome if you would just get her programmed in. For now, I guess Ill have to go with SF, but a multi-millionaire pop star is sure to have SOME influence.

My own 1-off SIM went to OT, on a last-second Baltimore running TD from short range, 35-35.
Game was then won on a (short-range) FG, by the team getting the ball 1st.  But of course, that doesn't fly by modern rules;  so I'll have to re-SIM it.  Stay TOON'd...*

GojiFunkstar, I prefer SIMming your 1.12 Juiced ROM for the Divisional Round, as well (as the W-C Round) - but will continue to SIM your 1.19 Juiced ROM, as well - because your 1.12 gave a different Buf/K.c winner (in Over-time/ball 2nd (off a turnover)/on a TD) than SBlueman's latest ROM did.

Last-postseason's Wild-Card Round, it was seemingly opposites (I haven't finished SIMming Borg's 2024 W-C matchups, tho), but this year @gojiphen malor has entered the fray, & 1-off evened all up with 4-2 @SBlueman!!  (Bolt's also 4-2)

the only 1 of The Big3 {ROMs} - Gojiphen, & TBorg - to get as many as 3-outta

I've had a few conversations w/ Shimogi about it and his only knowledge was that it was a hired person for the day & he has no way of finding out who it was as he was in Japan and the person used for this was in California
Is there any chance you have Brian's last name ? Having a TSB cart autographed by him has been a lifelong quest for me! 

First post and new member but old school TSB player to the first game on the NES. Tecmo HQ used to be close to my house at the time in LA CA region (Torrance) me and friend were die hard and called their phone and talked with Brian who at the time was their lead Tech (and probably had other duties). Long story short we built rapport and he invited us to Test Tecmo games at HQ.
 
i remember testing a golf game at the time with my friend and giving reviews. It was actually quite good. Well back to TSB l, turns out the guy in the cover for the original NES games is Brian. Take a close look and you can determine it’s the same guy - he confirmed it to us whirl visiting. To finish the story we got invited to test the next gen version (the one on PS) and we’re not impressed. Our feedback was we wanted same style of game as on NES and this move was not good. They should have listened to us as the PS game did not sell well and Tecmo never did another NFL PA game again.

Donnie, good timing cuz i haven't played in awhile but I'm still rockin' the 10/19 and just picked up the joystick and subbed in Boyle in time for Dolphins.  We lost, too.
