  1. It should. Haven't tried in a while but our NCAA game worked on Android phones
  2. Sorry guys, been a really rocky couple of months personally, but things seem to be calming down. I am truly excited to push through the end of this journey and get this thing to your hands.
  3. What he said. I was just guessing the spot inside the range of sliders. TSB1 on the NES is not my jam... yet
  4. SNES rom. Actually looked and the Sega rom but they compress the graphics for much of the game. Would have to really research how it's done and then find it all. The Gen version I believe has a longer view of the field. Believe you can see 5 more yards than the SNES
  5. Gonna try to get some coding done this week. If I can get the tiles to load correctly, by months end I should have 8 plays done for a playable beta. Really hoping to get at least that out before the end of year.
  6. I'm doing real life stuff right now, hopefully by the end of the month I'll finish getting a cert for my job and I can go back to full time coding. As for free agency we haven't really thought about it. Sorry guys, really ended to get this done before the season.
  7. I am going to try to create a toggle, hardest part is finding the settings coding and inserting my code. But I really want to do it as I know some want the old school way. If that doesn't work I can always create a second rom with the old way of passing.
  8. Still at it, I'm going through a butt load of coding for the play tiles. More work than I thought it would be to have the tiles load according to who you have in the game. The way we are going to design plays is each play will have 4 (this isn't set in stone) different plays according to who's in the game. Default will be RB1, WR3, WR1, WR2 and TE1. The WR3 and TE1 spots are the spots that if you change, the formation will change with it. Put RB2/RB3 in the WR3 spot, it'll change the formation to a 2 back set and you'llsee the player line up in the backfield. Put WR4 in the TE1 spot. Will change to a 4 WR formation with all the players off the line. That part is done, now I need to load the tiles correctly when you do that. Fun times.
  9. Those formations only let you see who would be where in a formation. Your playbook determines the formation.... for now.
  10. For one, it'll be Madden style. I am looking for a way to toggle between Tecmo passing and Madden passing. Some might want the old way. But we felt, as we speed up the game, the scroll was too slow. Our NCAA game was really hard to pass. Second thing, as of right now, the WR3 spot will change depending on what position is in that slot. So if you put a RB there, that player would instead line up in the backfield in a 2 back set. Put a TE and that player lines up in the TE spot. Same for the TE1 spot. Put in. WR and that player lines up in the slot. So one default formation will have multiple looks depending on who you put in the game.
  11. Will do, also, not sure if I ever posted this before, there are 2 places to change the jerseys for each team. Before exhibition, the jersey you choose for each team becomes their default jersey for the home or away. The second spot is the new Team Control menu. Still want to add some things here, like the ability to change a teams defense, offense and a coaching rating that will be used with our impact ratings. The gradings are a place holder and will be replaced at some point. Pretty sure I could come up with a way to actual keep the gradings up to date with changes you make, but that is more of a if I ever get time, right now we are focused on getting the plays coded to a point where we can release a beta.
