I apologize to the folks who tried to organize tournaments in the past here in Greensboro or the Triad area - I also have had my share of false starts in terms of setting up events or leagues and seeing them fall through - so I can sympathize. I also apologize to the folks who won't be able to make it out due to short notice - this whole thing has pretty much been organized on the fly without a whole lot of preparation. The organizers are still unsure what to expect in terms of turnout, so please spread the word even if you can't make it out, it would be very much appreciated. Hopefully it will be a large enough success that we can make it an annual pre-Super Bowl event here in Greensboro. The guys who run http://lostarkvideogames.com/ are pretty accommodating in terms of fielding tournament requests.
